Stele fragment

The basalt stele fragment belongs to the center section of a dining scene of a couple. Stylistically, it may be dated roughly to the 8th century BCE. The stele is about 36 cm high and 44 cm wide. Currently in the Istanbul Archaeology Museum, although not on display.
