Ruins of the Late Hittite city state is located about 50 km west of Gaziantep. The original name of the city is not known. The site was first discovered in 1883 and The ruins of a palace structure covers a large area. The orhostats and statues date from 8th century BCE. Most of them are currently in Anatolian Civilizations Museum in Ankara.
