The basalt stele fragment shows a male figure holding a bow, wearing a sword on his belt, in front of a table. Whatever figure was on the right side of the table is no longer visible. It is about 0.8 meters high and 0.6 meters wide. It was first noted by Otto Puchstein in 1880s but current whereabouts is unknown. Stylistically it may be dated roughly to 9th century BCE.
